Mandarin Juice

Mandarin juice is sweet, high in Vitamin C and very easy to prepare.

This recipe is perfect as a breakfast accompaniment or as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

Mandarin Juice Serves:

Mandarin Juice Ingredients:

  • 5 large mandarins (or 6 small mandarins), peeled
  • Mint to garnish
  • Ice to serve

Mandarin Juice Method:

  1. Using a juice machine, food processor or hand stick blender blend the mandarins.
  2. Place ice in your favourite glass, pour juice over and garnish with mint.
