Rudra Mudra

Rudra Mudra is the ruler of the solar plexus chakra . According to the Five Element Theory, the centering force is associated with the earth element. This Mudra strengthens the earth element and its organs in the body.It should be practised with both hands for about five minutes three to six times a day.

How To Do
  • Place the tips of thumb index finger, and ring finger together.
  • Extend the other two fingers in a relaxed way. It can be done with each hand.
