  • Vinyasa Yoga be dynamic
simply means moving with the breath. By breathing to your fullest, you not only oxygenate the body, but train the mind to be in a focused and aware place – building coordination, strength, and stamina. Be ok with not being able to do ‘everything’ perfectly… this class is designed to challenge, and inspire.
  • Intermediate Level II Vinyasa – be adventurous
This vigorous class is for yogis who want to take their vinyasa practice to the next level. Explore more technically challenging poses and transitions in an upbeat, positive atmosphere
  • Vinyasa Lunch – be nimble, be quick
This 50 minute class is the more energetic and faster paced version of our popular Vinyasa class, perfect for those on a tight time schedule.
  • Foundation Series
This series of classes cover a range of fundamentals when it comes to breathing techniques, sound principles of alignment, ways of transitioning between poses, and common yoga terminology. This series is excellent for beginners, AND for experienced people wanting to deepen their practice in a lighthearted environment. These classes can be taken any or all, in any order or repeatedly as desired.
  • Deep Stretch – be deep
Is a yin-inspired class of floor poses (primarily seated or lying down) where the emphasis is on therapeutically encouraging the body to stretch not just muscles, but ligaments and tendons. This is created by holding the poses for between 3 and 5 minutes, after a short warmup.
  • Integral Yoga
Integral Yoga is a safe and meditative practice that is aimed at the physical, emotional and mental well being of the student. It is appropriate for beginners and for more advanced students. The postures at the beginning of the class are flowing and dynamic
  • Meditation
Each class begins with a lesson and discussion, followed by a 20-30 minute guided meditation, and closing with time for reflection and questions. All levels of experience are welcomed and beginners will receive guidance on meditation basics. Class duration is 45 minutes
