Bhastrika Pranayama

Bhastrika Pranayama is also called as deep breathing pranayama. It is a Sanskrit word which means bellows. In this pranayama we exhale and inhale deeply and forcefully. It is one of the most powerful Breathing Exercises. This rhythmic inhalation and exhalation stimulates the circulation of cerebral fluid, creating compression and decompression in the brain.
